I’m a New York–Based Fashion Editor—These 40 Items Are Topping My Wish List

Most Wanted is a weekly series in which one Who What Wear team member or friend of the brand will share the top finds on their current wish list.

Is December shopping usually this tempting? I feel like over the past few years, I’ve been, well, not exactly struggling this time of year, but I definitely haven’t been as overwhelmed with such an onslaught of things that really deserve a spot in my wardrobe and medicine cabinet.

Since there are approximately 10,000 things on the internet that have caught my eye already this month, I actually think it shows great restraint that I’ve narrowed this story down to include just 20 of them. Okay, 30. Fine, 40! But I promise they’re all really good.

I don’t know what to tell you, but Staud is really doing it for me with these weird, pillowy, teddy-bear slides.

Forest-green quilted jackets are honestly the defining piece of this entire season.

I don’t like to ski, but I do like to après-ski.

I’ve spent years looking for the perfect ’90s-inspired gold chain to invest in, and this is where I’ve landed.

Christopher Esber is having such a moment.

You all should be extremely excited that this cult-favorite skincare brand is now on Net-a-Porter. All of Emma Lewisham’s products are amazing, but truly, if you’re into collagen peptides and a dewy glow this ultra-effective face cream is it.

If you don’t think you need a vegan-leather floppy hat, think again.

The only reason I haven’t hit “purchase” on these Saye sneakers I discovered at Madewell is because they come in six equally awesome colorways, and it’s stressing me out to commit to just one.

I’ve never had a big cozy sherpa jacket, but this year is the year. It’s a toss-up between this Anine Bing number…

… And this Gap option that’s on sale for a steal.

This looks so much more expensive than its price tag.

My favorite winter fashion rant is how hard it is to find really good Chelsea boots with a tall shaft that goes all the way up under your jeans.

I thought I’d bought my last shacket. I thought wrong.

Buying these so I can twin with Lauren, our editorial director, as seen here.

If you’ve also been looking for the perfect high-rise, relaxed-fit, light-wash Levi’s, I have great news.

To me, having a “good pen” is peak adulting.

I actually lined up outside Aimé Leon Dore’s Mulberry Street store to get this beanie, and I have zero regrets.

Hunter boots have kept me looking cute while defiantly walking through puddles like a small child throughout my entire adult life. I don’t know why I’ve waited so long to get sherpa-lined ones for winter.

I know you know Paige makes really good denim and boots, but let’s talk about this coat.

This is me working from home.

I finally found a puffer jacket I can get on board with.

One of those things I always need to repurchase before I get to the bottom of the bottle.

Just the perfect winter-weight button-down in my ideal stripe.

Oversize but not too boxy.

I’ve hyped these Paige boots before, and I’ll hype them again.

If I wasn’t overseas right now and could come to the Who What Wear holiday party next week, I would be wearing this Mara Hoffman dress.

My clever friend Brooke started Rylan, and essentially everything she designs is on my most-wanted list.

TBH, this waist detail won’t be seen until spring, but it’ll be worth the wait.

Yes, I’ll wear them with socks. Don’t @ me.

Telling myself that the fact I will wear this Loewe scarf forever and ever actually makes the cost per wear very reasonable.

Our beauty director has me convinced that the results from this Omnilux at-home red-light therapy device are worth scaring my dog for.

And this hyaluronic-acid mask is the trick to supercharging at-home facial treatments.

The perfect laptop-friendly leather bag for those occasions when my New Yorker tote just won’t cut it.

It’s that time of year when I convince myself I deserve new athletic gear. I’m into the subtle animal-print texture of this coconut-colored tank.

I love refillable beauty. This Charlotte Tilbury Magic Cream is an industry fave, and I’ve been meaning to buy it ever since I finished a sample.

Found the perfect little black tee.

And the matching super-soft joggers, also known as my new plane outfit.

I’m into the little slit detail at the cuff.

This shirt is a twelve-monther.

I’m convinced my winter skin will love this slightly lighter version of the Weleda Skin Food everyone’s obsessed with.
